Puja koti sama stotram
Stotra koti samo japah
Japa koti Samam Dhyanam
Dhyana koti samo layah

Nahi nadat paro Mantrah
Na devah swatmanah parah
Nanusandehah para puja
Na hi trupteh param phalam

Soul(Atma) = Energy + Wisdom + Conciseness

ANAPANA SATI


Anapanasati is one of the meditation technique

In Pali Language

"Ana" means "In breath"
"Apana"means "Out breath"
"Sati" means "Be one with"

∴ Anapanasati means "be with the breath"

Any one can practice it @Any age @Any time@Any Place




This meditation technique is very simple

1. Sit Comfortable
2. Cross your legs
3. Clasp your hands
4. Close your eyes
5. Now just observe your breath
6. No need to control the breath just "Witness" the naturally happening breath.

Breath is the bridge between body and nature.So be with the breath

Meditation







The meaning of the name Dhyan is 'Contemplation'. Dhyana is a Sanskrit word. "Dhi" means intellect and "yana" means travel.
