Body Mass Index

Body Mass Index (BMI) is an internationally used measure of weigh relative to height to determine the obese level. It is a simplest way to determine your ideal weight.


BMI(Metric)=Weight in KGs/(Height in meters)2
                     BMI(Standard)=(Weight in Pounds X 703)/(Height in inches)2

<18.5Under weight
18.5–25Normal weight
25–30Over weight
>30 Obesity
