Body Mass Index (BMI) is an internationally used measure of weigh relative to height to determine the obese level. It is a simplest way to determine your ideal weight.
BMI(Metric)=Weight in KGs/(Height in meters)2                      BMI(Standard)=(Weight in Pounds X 703)/(Height in inches)2
